[Resolved]  OverCart — They are not shipping the item

Hi, i am rahul.
I had placed my order bst[protected] on 25 may 2017, still the status of the order is shown as processing from the time i had paid the amount. When i contact them on phone as well as on the online support they give fake promises that the item will be shipped today. I am fed up with this site.
I want my product to be shipped at the earliset.
