[Resolved] OYO — changed hotel to location 4-5 kms from the hotel I booked

Hi, I had done a booking with oyo with booking i’d : uvnw8750. I had booked hotel richwin in kodaikanal near the lake, since the travellers are elderly couple who will not be able to walk much (I was very specific about the location). Oyo has changed the hotel to tranquil which is 4-5 kms away from the current location. Please provide me a hotel within one km radius of the current booked hotel Was this information helpful? Food is not properly cook, late serve service, cleaning issue from last 3 days, unorganized structure, Tata sky is not recharge from two days.

Very bad experience with family 3 times I called for booking check in time 12am . But when I reach their by 12 am therir is I have to pay extra money no room cleaning
Simply to say they make fool to us
They gve discount and they will give u same searive as u paid please don't book on oyo i[censored] ra traveling with your family
