The manager at the hotel president oyo 2046 demands extra money for good room if not provides worst dharamshala type of rooms, rooms are very stingy stagnated & full of cockroaches on the bed. Whole body got rashes due to cocroches and bed bugs by one night of stay there. I thought i vl rate poor in app but the hotel manager cheated me & took my phone at the time of checkout & rated 5 start by himself Its a fraud hotel & are cheaters Please take strict action and remove their rating and let start again from beginning I have seen same process of cheating being done to other customers also They have rooms which shud be rated 0 star or 1 star but the app shows 5 star all due to their fraud & cheating Taking customers phone by telling they want to see booking id for one last time & rating themselves 5 star Worst hotel ever, better to stay at railway station than these cheating hub Was this information helpful? | |||
