OYO — non availability of room after paying rent in advance

I had booked a room in OYO 958, Greenwood Inn, Madiwala, Bangalore on 6/1/19 for my cousins(3 persons, Sister, her husband and daughter who is going to attend admission in Christ University Bangalore) with booking ID BQCJ5478The Checkin date was 7/6/19. As per the message received from OYO, Rs. 904/- has been paid on the date of booking itself within 2 hours of the receipt of the message from OYO and I received a message from them that my booking is confirmed on 6/6/19 around 1.40 pm But when they reached the hotel on 7/6/19, the hotel authorities denied room saying that there is no booking done in that booking ID and asked to contact OYO. I contacted OYO customer care representatives to solve the issue.He agreed that it is a confirmed booking and asked to cancel booking, if the hotel authorities are not providing room and assured that the amount will be credited to my account. But while cancelling it seems that an amount of Rs. 999/- will be deducted from payment. Without getting a room the travellers encountered a lot trouble. And again OYO has penalized us by deducting cancellation charge. Hence I would like to get back the amount remitted alongwith the compensation for all kind of losses and troubles occured to us
