I booked two rooms with booking id no kcjq3504 with phone no [protected] hotel shri krishna dham at vrindavan for dated 11th aug.We reached at hotel and they refused to provide us rooms. We also made complaint to customer care and they didn't short out our problem.We stayed at same hotel by paying rs 3000/ in cash. Due to it i and my family was badly disturbed and our trip totally failed. Which is not good for your prestigious company. Please look in the matter. With regards.
