[Resolved] OYO — non payment of refund | |||
I booked room at Oyo 40128 grand park hotel, on oyo app on 16, Dec 19, and paying for it via google pay an amount of ₹957. booking id JMTF7953. hotel didn't accept the online payment and was denied checkin, so oyo customer care services canceled my booking n made another booking in the same hotel for which i paid for it in cash, and was offered full refund of amount paid for the earlier booking. on further enquiries regarding the refund i was connected to Ritwik singh, guest experience manager, who said refund is initiated, it will reflect in my account within 7- 14 days, even aftr 17 days the refund status is still under processing Was this information helpful? | |||
