[Resolved] OYO — not refunding the money | |
Booking id - yanu6325 I had booked oyo by paying through paytm, on reaching the hotel was closed and the nearby guard told me that the managers are not here since a week. I called the oyo customer care, filed the complaint and they told me that refund will be credited in my account It has been more than a week, i have called many times to them, they keep saying they have refunded my money back but i haven't got in my paytm... All they do is just send me my refund id and details back to back in mail. Kindly refund my money back Was this information helpful? | |
