OYO — Refund related/payment

On November 23 rd While booking oyo room named (Hotel Bhavani, Berhampur) the payment had done through pay u with transaction ID C2011232009189002171754 but the room is not booked.I already contacted pay u they told that payment successful to oyo and told to contact oyo.So please respond to it and revert back

Hey, this is a successful TXN via PayU Payment ID [protected]at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
