[Resolved] OYO — Refund taking too long. | |||||
OYO is getting worst day by day. They just need money and they are not focusing on services. Disgusting OYO. You are worst. I have created a booking on 16th april and cancelled it on 19th but they didn't refund me the amount which was 1623 Rs. They are ignoring my messages saying wait wait and wait. They gave me a reference number and told me to talk to bank but bank is saying that the reference number is invalid. What the hell is this!!! Consumer Fomplaints please help me getting the refund as early as possible. The booking id - KJ0I8948 The transaction reference Number- 002292 Bank- Bank of India.
