[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — bad experience at oyo

Hi this is a complaint regarding booking id pwvm8247.
I checked in at oyo shuhul homes and had a very bad experience as whatever i wanted to order was not there even if it was in the menu
Wi-fi not working very expensive cabs provided
It was stated that the room i booked had valley view which was a big lie as not even one room had valley view.
As the trip was in srinagar (Kashmir) which is a cold place and hot water was not available.
A very bad experience with oyo
I guess this is the last time i use oyo..

I am complaining about oyo Flagship 17390 aaram Indore.

Just do know why they are in hospitality business. Wardrobe was infested with termites, level of room service was zero, Geyser was malfunctioning, bathrooms were dirty.

I have very bad experience with OYO, misbehave by OYO staff with my family on poor service very fathetic room conditions, no gyger, no curtains on windows, no privacy, only one ac remote for 3 air conditioner, no ground support or attended at residents property, escalated to cluster head given me written communication on 100% refund but not they changed their statements and stuck on 20% refund because of staff misbehave, very poor services not acceptable. All profs available on request.
