I had booked a room at The mall Shimla for 2 days booking ID RZNB0783. The total amount payable being Rs. 5800 of which 3900 was to be deducted from Oyo referral money and 1900 to be paid separately. However, while making the payment 3900 got deducted from my Paytm wallet and 3900 from Oyo wallet and still amount payable remained 1900. I immediately cancelled the booking and talked to Oyo exec who told me that refund has been made of the Oyo money Rs. 3900 however, paytm money shall be refunded in 48 hours once a mail request is sent to [protected]@oyorooms.com.I did the same however, the mail bounced back. 2 days passed I dint receive the refund, so called again and another exec Ms. Pramila promised that I will be receiving a call back from Oyo execs for refund of money, which never happened. Again called Oyo customer care and talked to Mr. Kishore who again assured that the matter will be resolved in 24 hours. As expected, the promise was again broken. I again called Oyo and talked to Ms.Neha who again has now asked me to wait for another 24 hours. I am extremely disappointed. This has been a pathetic response from the company and the customer care executives. Please expedite the process of my refund

    I have booked a room paid 2750/- for two people before 3 hr of checkin.
    and When i checked in only one person has ID card and they denied to enter in the hotel, And I have called 7 Times to Oyo but no once responded, and Finally I have cancelled the room via App.
    And i the morning I have said how can i get refund, they denied to give refund and saying you have to cancel it before 24 hrs.
    How it could be possible if i have booked a room 3 hr before and cancel it before 24 hrs.And without doing proper inquiry they denied for refund.

    I don't know what should i do and Oyo Room Really Sucks poor service and poor customer support.

However, we do mention about the check-in timings as well as the ID card requirement in the confirmation sent to all our guests. We request you to please share the booking ID and we'll look into the matter.
    Booking Id FNKP 2075 for Jaipur 17 to 19 th Nov 2015...cancellation done on 14/11/2015 but till today 22/11/2015 I have not received refund amount... I have received confirmation mail about cancellation ...every time when i call customer care they are telling that we will give status in 24 hrs but no feedback... I have already communicated all banking details ...please let me know ...what to do ...highly disappointing ...why oyo team claiming refund in 03 days

      As easy is the booking from OYO the more difficult is to convince the hotel staff regarding the booking done by OYO. I have booked one room for my spouse interview in jaipur thru oyo. we had to check in early since interview was at 10. We made request to hotel as well as OYO and was ready to pay for the early check in amount but when we reached hotel the manager made us to wait for half an hour to get the check in done. then he asked for advance payment which was first time in my life. The room was ok but services was poor to say the least. Cable in the TV did not work. despite 10 umpteen requests for wifi password the same was not given. hotel staff asked for upfront money even if it was morning tea as if we would rush out without paying. embarrassing situation. even he asked for breakfast on chargeable basis to which we objected it is complimentary den after many ifs and buts he agreed. oyo should ask the hotel first before sending the customer and den embarrass them. poor service they treat u like a step child.         To be very honest...Oyo rooms is the worst app I've seen in my life... with lots of hard work I earned around 7500 rs on Oyo which u made 0 accidentally...u told me to reinstall the app with same details promising that I would get my money back...on the contrary I didnt get my money back...now u made an excuse dt i didn't enter the same details again. U people don't even have a system which can check the past details of a phone number...I wont recommend this app to anyone and I curse u guys from the bottom of my heart...u just play with costumer's feelings and with this attitude u won't grow ever !!
        U easily escaped by saying that I didn't enter the same details again because u know dt u can't check my early login details !!
        At least for god's sake have a toll free number...customer should be ur first priority

          Hi Team, This is regarding one of your hotel- Mani Ram Palace, Fatehabad Road, Agra booking from 4th Sep to 7th Sep 2015. There are so many bad experiences I had during these days for which I will never come to this hotel nor even will prefer, such a disguisting facilities and quality of things used- 1. The moment I entered the Hotel corridor, it had bad smell all around and a bit in the room as well. 2. I ordered food which was very oily, not upto the standard and they served it open, was not coverd. 3.The water container and tea container we dirty. 4. Bathroom was not good- Bucket was there. I have never seen bucket in any hotel instead of bathtub, which was very very dirty. ComMod was dirty, towels were quite old and it seemed its been used on daily basis by someone. smeel was there. 5. TV remote was not working. 6. Key given was not working properly in the socket. 7. The plugs given were not working. 8.No scene was there reagrding hot water. 9. Eggs were ordered had hairs stuck on them and was not very clean. 10. They gave me wrong information for check out, told me u can check out till 1:00, then they said 800 will be chared for late chekc out. 11.Yhe staffs had very less knowledge.They dont ever know what is'Cab'. 12. the hotel is linked to OYO but they do not have proper knowlege of OYO.

                I also have same concern with oyo.

                They have sent Voucher instead of Invoice copy.
                I am also facing the same problem. Oyo rooms are not providing the invoice copy with the tax details.

                I need the tax details to reimburse the complete amount. However, they are bluntly saying they can't give the same.

                    My reference id is RAHL6918. I had booked a room through CLEARTRIP. I paid 35 thousand (full amount), then i get a call from oyo rooms that the room is not available so it will get cancelled and money will get refunded. Now when i called them they are saying cleartrip will refund it. When i called cleartrip they said they don't have details about this. My money is still not refunded. Oyo rooms even asked me my bank account number etc to refund and after that they said cleartrip will refund. I don't know what the hell is happening. Cleartrip and Oyo rooms have cheated me and taken my money and not refunded even now after 1 month.

Booking Details BOOKING NO: OQJP9731 CHECK-IN:[protected] CHECK-OUT:[protected] NIGHT(s): 2 ROOM DETAILS: 1 Guest 1 Room Upon checking out, the hotel manager, Mr.Bal Krishna Yadav expressed shock on how i got such a cheap price and then tries to extort additional money in the name of online charges of Rs 500. I would like to know why this was not mentioned by OYO to me that a additional charges have to be paid to book hotel online ? And if such charges are not applicable, then why am i harassed by hotel manager to pay the amount? I would like a strict action from your end, or i shall never ever trust OYO again and will also notify my frequent traveler friends and colleagues to not trust and book OYO hotels.                         I had booked an OYO Premium room at Navi Mumbai using Yatra.com. The Yatra Booking Refrence Number: [protected]. The Booking Voicher: A-642944. Unfortunately, I had paid for the booking, which was a big mistake. I reached the hotel at 6:30pm and to my surprise the Hotel Manager tells me that there are no rooms available and that they haven't received my booking. I call OYO customer service and the call went on for 65 minutes and of no use. I then had to find a room myself. You know it's really difficult to find a room especially if you want it at 8pm in the night. I had to go through a lot of tension and mental torture and finally managed to get a room in another hotel. I inmediately called Yatra and explained the situation to them and told them to please cancel the booking and get me my refund. They confirmed that a complain has been raised and the amount will be refunded. Today I get a mail from Yatra saying that OYO rooms said that the Customer DID NOT turn up at the hotel and hence they cannot refund the amount. Yes such frauds are going on in India. So I call OYO, frustrated and angry and you know what OYO says: ' We are ready to give you the refund, but Yatra has not sent a 'Cancellation Voucher', so we can't do anything. Can you believe it? Both Yatra and OYO has cheated me and they are both not ready to give me my refund. I strongly recommend: DO NOT BOOK IN OYO OR YATRA. THEY CHEAT PEOPLE.

                            Hi Team, The Oyo rooms guys have cheated me by placing me in Oyo budget hotel near airport. I have booked for Oyo premium near Jawahar circle and when I have reached Jaipur at night 11 and called them for directions then they said that there is a update in the room booking and my hotel was shifted to budget hotel. When I have asked if the premium and this hotel is same in facilities they said yes. Actually this one was budget hotel... I am very surprised because IBIBO doesn't know abt this change. By the time I have reached there with my family and small kid, it was night 12 o clock and I did not have any option to change hotel. SO, I had to adjust in the same thing...                               I kept waiting for a check in at the reception for two hours and i was denied entry just because i used the hotel using some coupon. Oyo escalated the issue to some akshay and he lied to me regarding the reason of admission being denied. He said there are some issues regarding maintenance in the hotel which was a lie. I myself saw the email that was sent by the hotel to oyo sent a day back stating that the room will not be provided at this rate and despite that i didn't receive any intimation from oyo. I had a pathetic experience and would make sure my friends don't ever book one.

                                Hi,
                                I was booked on oyorooms majestic bangalore with ID #OBFD5183.
                                I am a n army officer who usually stays at Cantonments.
                                I Will bring out a few points.

                                1.provision of bathroom slippers.
                                2.provide mosquito repellent machines.
                                3.see that the kit bag contains a small tooth paste along with a tooth brush. It doesn't cost much.
                                We have done it in our hospital.
                                The oyo kit given did not have any pen too.
                                4.the coffee served with the breakfast was served In a disposable cup.

                                I bring to your notice so that a well begun journey is nit half done.

                                  I booked one room for 3 person in hotel kay nine. First they send me url to find the location but url has not working properly. we waste 2 hr. To find the hotel. When we reach the room there is a double bed but we booked for 3 person. There is no towel, provided by the staff till on next morning. Washroom pipeline is overflow. And most important service is very very delay.. when u order now then order will come on after 1 to 1:30 hr. So irritated hotel seen in my whole life. Kindly refund my total amount with waste of my time. Which is spend otherwise I put the case on consumers court.

                                    We have a serious complaint against OYO Rooms property in F-14 Green Park Main which is in a residential area. The generator set and a/c sets installed on the building are causing severe noise and air pollution to us (F-15 Green Park main) where several senior citizens and children also reside. Despite complaints to the management, they have not moved the gensets.

                                      There was no provision for Hot water in the room, even after complaint the same was not rectified. Similarly, even after several complaints made the phone was not working, they did not repaired the phone till last day of my stay and for any room service I have to come out of the room and call from lobby. Further at the time of check out in the morning I have made request to provide a cup of tea, even same was not provided. In all it was like a torture staying at oyo rooms in Bangalore at. Rest House Road, Off Brigade Road, Bangalore.

                                        oked OYO room for 2 nights stay at Marathahalli, Bengaluru through Makemytrip.com(Booking ID: NH[protected]. They did not provide me a complete address of the hotel. They never provide the name and complete address of the hotel. After a long search, I managed to find the sign board of OYO rooms at Marathahalli and entered the hotel just to find that my booking was not for that particular hotel. I called the customer support again asking them for the correct hotel address. Finally, they gave me an address. When I went to that hotel, I was told that all the rooms are already full andthey cannot provide me any room for that day. I finally found a hotel nearby and checked in there . I called the customer support again and they just told me that my case was escalated and they would call me again in a an hour. I neither received my call or an apology mail from them. I am still waiting for a call from them as well as the refund. Never book a hotel from OYO rooms. It's better you book it directly by calling a hotel.
