[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — bill not provided by oyo hotel | |||
Sir, I have overphone (Hotel mobile - [protected]) booked the oyo's town house hotel in taboot street, pune camp area on 05.12.2019 for one week, a lady ms. Zeenath of town house hotel confirmed me that the room rent will be rs.2000/- per day. I have reached the hotel on 06/12/2019 at 7 am. I have informed that i have to pay early check-in charges rs.1000/-. I said ok. As the hotel swipping machine not working i have told to pay cash. Again i have to reach nearby atm and cash paid rs.3000/- as advance. Booking id provided by hotel is ndbw6952. Subsequently i have paid cash on regular basis and total amount paid rs.18, 000/- (Which includes early check-in & late check-out charges rs.2000/-for staying upto 13/12/2019 (8 days). I have asked for the bill, they said the invoice bill will send through mail. Till 16/12/2019 no mail received with regard to bill. Due to office work again i have occupied the hotel on 17/12/2019 to 19/12/2019 for which the invoice bill for rs.4270/ - provided for the 2 days. But when i have asked for my previous bill for rs.18000/- i have given a manual hand written bill which does not seems genuine bill as it does not contain any bill number. I have contacted mr. Sunil mob-[protected] for my bill. But no response. Kindly provide me genuine original bill for rs.18000/- so that i can claim from my company i. E central bank of india. I may have to approach consumer forum/legal action if bill not provided. Thanking you, Regards P.
