Oyo Rooms — booked but check in denied and also money not refunded

I made a booking in Hotel Pandav at Pachmarhi via OYO app vide booking ID AUIB7293 and out of ₹1585, paid advance of ₹475 vide sbi net banking txn id IGAGPZOON0 on 20 Jul 19 for check in on 20 Jul 19 and check out on 21 Jul 19. But when i reached the hotel pandav, they denied check in saying that we hv allotted room to other person. When i called OYO they kept on talking to hotel and kept on putting my call on hold for 30-40 minutes 3-4 times. Till then i kept waiting with my family outside the hotel on the road. In the night around 9pm oyo sent a mesaage saying u shift to other oyo, i replied that no oyo hotel available right now. I kept on calling but no solution provided. I was forced to book a room by paying heavy amount. Also my paid amount gone. Plz direct OYO to pay my refund of ₹475 and ₹4800 which i paid for booking room on the spot. Thanks. Today on 23 Jul 19, I received a call from OYO customer care. See the fun, instead of admitting problems at their end I was questioned. Why should I believe that you have paid heavy amount of ₹4800 for alternate accommodation and why in ur next day booking at same hotel they allowed u check in. Dear OYO, plz understand that if so many complaints of same nature are being raised by customers all around the country then definitely something is wrong. Instead of doubting the customer, Plz spare time to resolve problems between OYO and partner hotels. Doubting the customer, who is the sufferer, will only lead you to loose ur customer. Thanks.

This is wrong. You people are simply writing that "we believe that your concern has been resolved". However reality is that my concern has not been resolved. Your team has agreed to refund advance amount of ₹475 but has not agreed to refund ₹4800 bcz I hv no receipts for that. What about trouble which me and my family faced by standing outside the hotel for 2h 30m. Also ur customer care is doubting whether I paid above amount or not. Worst service. Also u can check other customer's complaints. They also faced similar issues and are still waiting for refund. So stop bluffing and get to work

Till date, leave aside ₹4800, they hv nt yet refunded ₹475. I have not even received a mail from them either. Worst service.
