Oyo Rooms — booked hotel oyo 7239 hotel aditya had no tie up with oyo | |
I booked oyo 7239 hotel aditya ranch iwith booking id twej021 on 3rd august 2019 but when i reached hotel aitya, i was told bluntly at the reception (Remember this hotel reception is at 5th floor and the lift was not working and at two floors staircase even light was not there) that the hotel does not have any tie up with oyo anymore and if you need a room in this hotel, you need to book afresh. Just remember i had reached the hotel at 8 pm along with my family and luggage through staircase on 5th floor and then i was denied bluntly for my booking and simultaneously a offer was made for fresh booking on increased price (I was simply blackmailed seeing my condition at that point of time). Finally i agreed to pay rs 1500 for the room (Remeber my booking was for rs 932). Inspite of all the complain against the hotel to oyo, nothing was done to help me come out of this situation. I am shocked and dismayed at the horrible attitude of even oyo people. I would like to know if they are hand in gloves and a partner in this sort of blackmailing or will they take strict action so that customer does not get harassed any more. If such deteriorating situation continues unabated, it will be difficult for regular oyo customers like me to believe in oyo anymore and definitely it will put a question mark on the ability of oyo to serve their customers.
