[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — booked hotel was not opened. | |||||
Booked a oyo room (Oyo 19025 eden valley lake view resort) on november 30, 2018 (Booking id: lajq4520). I was traveling in bike and reached the hotel at 9.30 pm. The hotel was in a remote area such that in and around there were no other apartments or houses. The way to the hotel was so narrow and collapsed and with no street lights. The hotel was so isolated form city (Almost 5km). I reached the hotel and it was closed. There were no one near by to ask about further information about the hotel but it seem like closed for a month ago. I was so tired by riding but somehow i returned to the city and stayed in another hotel. The area was so terrifying that no humans were there in the route. The hotel images in the oyo app was very much attractive. But the hotel was closed a month ago. I booked the hotel for ₹1438. I want my money back. I was so worried at that time since the area was rural with no lights near by and for a strange person like me, such places won't be safe to ride in bike. Was this information helpful? | |||||
