Hi, My name is mayuresh pawaskar on 27th june 2019 i booked sorina hillside oyo malavli, exactly a month prior for 27th july and 28th july considering that the property has perfect location and a swimming pool with high demand. Yesterday monday 22nd july i received a msg which says you have been shifted to other hotel which is away from malavli also with no swimming pool. I am highly disappointed by this kind of service. There are kids coming along with me who really want to enjoy the pool. I demand that my stay to this hotel should be intact. If the property owner needs more money i can pay but such changes at last moment is intolerant. Please provide a proper resolution and work on priority on my booking.
