Hi team, Very disappointed with oyo. Can anyone help? My brother booked oyo room since he had written exam in kolkatta. The hotel charged extra money, the actual amount to be paid was 5649 inr and said oyo team has no communication with hotel staff. This is bizzare. Please investigate and take appropriate action. I need my money back.
