[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Cashback not given | |||||
This is regarding OYO booking no : SKID3608 & coupon : OYOPAYTM. I booked a hotel on OYO rooms in Dec'15 and it was clearly mentioned that Rs 500 will be paytm cashback when paid through PayTm. I paid through Paytm but no paytm cashback has been given till date. I called their customer care regarding this and they refused to provide cashback. Even after mailing multiple mails to their customer care, I havn't got any cashback. Please help me in getting the compensation and holding company responsible for cheating. But as of now, no cashback has been given. So, issue is still unresolved. Waiting for cashback finally after 3 weeks of continuous follow up.
