[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Check-in Denied and Didn't refund My money

On 30th June i booked a hotel from OYO app and when I reached hotel for check-in they denied for check-in and demanded extra 400 rs. If I want to check-in and they said without paying this amount we can't give you room and after that they said u can cancel your booking as I we are not providing u check-in. So I cancelled the booking and OYO charged Me whole booking Amount and Didn't provide refund of my booking and that's really bad Thing that happened to me in my overall OYO experience as I'm loyal customer of Your company. I need my refund and i called 20 times on your helpline no. And they can't resolve my problem . So I need my money back and plz help me regarding this.

They mail on my registered e-mail I'd and they also send a notification on Oyo app regarding refund and there was a link for refund process in which I have to fill my bank details to get a refund and within 1 hr I got my refund after submitting the details. And their email id is [email protected]
