[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — check in denied

Address:Haridwar, Uttarakhand

I booked a hotel room OYO 9565 Hotel New Shiv Murti 31 may 2019 for 5 june 2019 in haridwar from makemytrip. When i reached the hotel, the hotel management of oyo hotel denied check in by saying the room is not booked and i had to pay again for booking the room. I have the confirmation message that i got from makemytrip.now i m calling the service centre but it is not picking up my calls
