[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — check-in problem | |||
I have booked the room on 6th april 2019. And i have paid for the room on 7th april via google pay. Now oyo 5511 is saying me to upgrade the room as the room is not available right now. Before it was showing the room was available. I have been waiting from last 2 hours in reception and i have called oyo customer service thrice, they are not solving my problem. They are simply saying we can't do anything. The service they are providing me is the worst i ever got. I want to put the complain regarding oyo and mm residency (Oyo 5511) for the inconveniences i am facing right now Was this information helpful? | |||
