We are very tensed to your oyo service that In today morning hotel blue star, englishiya line, varanasi (U. P.), Where room was booked with oyo id:-nyce2485 but your hotel partner Staff has locked the gate and did not gave entry in the hotel. Its a bad experience from your side.
