My booking id qbsm4572. Wrongful behave. As per booking breakfast included but they refused to give. Staff behavior also very bad for women. Never recommend anybody and me also for oyo booking. Date of incident 29.10.2018 and 30.10.2018. Asking rs.400 extra money for a pillow although our booking tbr basis. On 30.10.2018 at about 10.30am we booked another hotel in hyderabad for stay due to bad behavior of hotel staf and manager also. We booked 5 rooms for 15 women.
