[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Couldn't get refund - even when the hotel itself refused the accommodation and customer care people don't even bother | |||||
Never book with oyo rooms, basically they are giving rooms at a cheaper price but with lots of clauses. it is exactly what AIR ASIA does in aviation, they do it in Hotel business. cheap no frills attached. cant change, cant get refund - if hotel says they are full. dirty filthy rooms, but instead to complaint to the manager... now u have to complaint everything to the oyo customer care - for which the oyo rooms management doesn't bother at all. bottom line - pathetic, irritating, if by luck ur experience may be good with oyo rooms .. but there is 70% chance u wiil end up irritated, annoyed or embarrassed.
