[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — deficiency in hotel services | |||||
I am Jitender Kumar from Faridabad. Early this month on 16th & 17th June, we were in Manali, stayed in Hotel Hillside Valley Naggar Road. Advance payment of Rs.15000/- was made. When we checked in the hotel, the following deficiency in room services was noticed. 1. No water in bathrooms. 2. Rude and unprofessional behavior by the staff. 3. 04 Rooms were booked but instead we were given only 03 rooms causing inconvenience for the family members. 4. When we decided to check out next day because of poor services inspite of our complaints to the authorities, our grievances were not sorted and when we asked for the refund of our amount as we stayed only for one day, the owner of the hotel threatened and abused us verbally with dire consequences and unfortunately we did not get our refund and "under protest", we had to check out from the hotel. We didn't lodge a police complaint as we were with the families. Through this forum, I herewith lodge the complaint for deficiency in services and hope that the appropriate authority will look into this matter and get me justice and the earliest.
