[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — denied check-in by oyo no customers concerns | |||
I booked hotel at oyo satyam guest house Kopar khairane navi mumbai on 11th September 2019 through my number. When we reached hotel they asked to pay higher rates than booking amount for which owner said 'oyo has not paid them the commission amount something due to which they do not allow the oyo rates applicable for anyone'. This is clearly a issue between oyo and the properties. But we had to suffer we had calls with customer care when they listen to us, they put us on hold and calls are disconnected. Several calls were made. Among which 1st agent name khusboo assisted us and agreeed to book shifting for us. After 2 hours being at gate of hotel. On which we suggested her nearby oyo hotels for eg sector 4 koparkhairne we had hotel flagship 656 nearby but she gave us 4 kms away hotel parimeet. And said that she cant see flagship hotel on her system and on google too. How can they lie? We went to parimeet they also said same to pay their rates and not oyo while oyo made our booking in higher amount itself. Oyo doesnot provide any customer satisfaction in such cases. We suffered for 5 hours til midnight. We have made atleast. 15 calls to customer care where they do not have any policy made for customer assistance in this cases of scenarios. We had to do walkable checkin being patient treatment going on after long journey and fights oyo didnot help us and fails to compensate. Owner of hotel has asked us to get along to file FIR which should be done in this cases against oyo. Was this information helpful? | |||
