[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — denied check in due to low money given to them

I had made booking from oyo to neelkanth hotel katra (Name - ajay jaiswal

They are denying checkin due to money given to them is less and asking for more money from me.
As there is no network in katra, i m not able to call to oyo executive. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. As i had already made the payment in advance. You can contact me on watsapp or mail [protected]@gmail.com

I didnt get any resolution till now, My mail id is [email protected] I didnt get any resolution on this mail id. I had mailed them thrice but didnt get any reply I had tried to chat with them but those people are not able to provide the solution However i m not able to contact them on call due to network issue in jammu n kashmir Please get the things resolved n reply on same mail id As the hotel is still asking for payment from me right now
