[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — denied check-in/transferred to 3 different hotels/paid extra amount/infected by bugs | |
Hi oyo team, Booking id-tnxd8451 A big thanks to oyo for having me such a worst experience. Unfortunately, i booked a hotel from oyo app for date 22 aug'19 to 23 aug'19 (Oyo 27979 krishna residency). When i reached hotel, the staff behaved very rudely and denied for check-in. I called to oyo team to speak with hotel guy. But finally he dint allow check-in. After a 40 mins long telephonic conversation, oyo manager asked us to shift to another property. We agreed, took an auto and went to another property. It was 9 p. M. The new transferred booking was with oyo 13338 hotel athithi. Oyo manager did not confirm with hotel manager about the room occupancy and asked us to reach there and check-in. When we reached to hotel athithi, they denied our check-in and said we don't have room available and oyo did not talk to us for any transfer or room booking. Again we gave a call to oyo team and asked them to talk to property manager. It was 9:45 p. M. After a long 30 mins conversation, oyo again said that our manager did not confirm the property and its our fault. This time we're transferring to a third property which is oyo 9266 hotel stay kapoor in. We again took an auto reached to this hotel and asked property manager for check-in. This time, he allowed for check-in but asked to pay extra 920 rs. Although we had done with the online payment at the time of our first booking. Again we gave a call to oyo, had a conversation with them. Again it was half hour call. Property manager allowed us for check-in and took an extra payment from us. We paid extra to property. After check-in, it was very dirty room, small in size.ac was not working. A lot of bugs was there and i fall ill in the morning. The was room was also too small that you can't take shower properly. Finally we ordered dinner at hotel, the chapati's was very cold and without any foil paper. My whole stay was very bad. It was the worst experience with oyo. At the end, i want to escalate complete oyo team. I faced a lot of problems over there at very late night. I would recommend others to go directly to hotel, check the hotel and then book it.
