[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Denied entry at hotel after successful booking and payment | |||
I faced a very ugly situation at OYO 7715 q, Lucknow. After arriving by train from new delhi at 6am. I made a booking at this oyo and made the payment of 774 Rs. I received the confirmation and travelled to that Oyo. When I reached there, the property owner said - He doesn't have any relationship with Oyo. And asked me to pay 1500 rs for 1 room. I was too tired when I reached there (after taking metro + auto for 12 kms away from Railway station) and decided to continue with 1500 rs. Later I raised issue and talked to Customer care but have not received any satisfactory resolution. I faced a mental harassment, abrupt plan changes and had to make double payment. I have already talked to various OYO CSRs. but have not received any satisfactory resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||

Oyo 45111 Hotel jass inn., Gurugram, Delhi, denied me entry even after paying through Oyo app. Very disappointed with the service. And even Oyo is not refunding me my money back
