Oyo Rooms — denied to provide room and online payment deducted | |||
Dear oyo team, I had booked a room in oyo 22977 hotel alpine, kurukshetra on[protected], for which i have paid rs. 579 through online in advance (Before check in). When my guest went to the hotel, front office team directly denied to provide the room and said they have discontinued the service with oyo. After that i called on your customer care team and they just wasted my 1 hr in just transferring the calls from one person to another. After that my guest had to stay in another hotel completely arranged by us. Is this the service you provide to customers, being one of the largest and well known app for online hotels?? Looking forward to hear from you and i want refund of my rs. 579 asap. Else i'ii be left with the option to take some strict action. Reach me at below email id.
