Oyo Rooms — didn't received refund

I have cancelled my booking 48hrs prior checking and even called customer. Care to know about the refund policy they told as you have done cancellation before 24hrs so. You are eligible for 100% refund.. And after that from make my trip I have done another booking of same in other oyo property beacuse I found better dea l on mmp.

It's being more then 12 days I didn't receive any update from oyo team.. Is there anyone who can help me Out to take legal action now? Because now its not all about money its about harassing customer too..
