[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Double payment for booking

I have paid rs.1912 through phonepe to oyo app on 03.08.2021 to book hotel in Delhi. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care they told me to do the booking again by paying and previous payment will be refunded.

But i haven't recieved the payment yet, it's an double payment with booking ID Z4NQ4446.I have called customer care of oyo daily but there is no proper response from consumer care.

Please refund the money back which i payed earlier for which the booking hasn't been done
