[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — escalation and refund

I had booked a room with oyo with checkin on 2nd may and checkout 4th may. After checking to the hotel nothing is like they said or claimed on web portal. So i escalate the issue to oyo escalation team and after giving all the required proof to oyo escalation team told me to check for refund and for now they agreed for 30% refund of booking amount and later they said they will update us. They send the confirmation over email. After that they refund 20% only. My refund payment is pending even after escalation mangers promise of refunding full amount. Now they disconnecting my calls/ keeping me on long hold (At least 40-45 min) even after promising the refund and also not calling back even after promising to call back with a solution. The escalation manager promised full refund after taking the approval but still i did not received 30% which they told me to refund in 7 days.

my name is sampa and I was booked room o.n booking id was WNME6278. as per your executive I was paid 25% amount n amount was rs590.after booking i was chek from my oyo app booking confirm or not. That time no booking show on my app and amount was paid..again I called oyo customer care.that time another agent inform me my booking not confirm due to 25% paid.n thats why booking not showing in my app.if I want confirm booking then want to pay full amount .as per your agent information I was cancelled my previous booking.and arrange e new booking n also paid full amount.. and the agent promiced me the cancelled amount was credit in my account within 1 hour.right now cancelld amount not credit in my bank account.
I was book another room. n booking id XTIE2539 N as per oyo policy I was paid 25% amout...n this booking also cancell my side for your agent miss communication n this amount also not credit in my account..
I want to refund my amount within one day .and pls teach better knowldge about oyo room to your executive its help for customer..
also mail oyo ceo ritesh agarwal but no one responced

Hello team,

22 June I booked one room in Gurgaon I'd is L5P79372 and phone number is [protected] I was booked the hotel for 2 days. When I am going to check in hotel owner is denied to allow me and asked me to repay the amount to his account I had already paid via the Oyo portal. That's time I have to pay again because I have no option. I have proved also that I pay him. After giving money he was not given the accommodation like turning off ac. then I worried about what going on I pay twice so for 1day RS 1500 he is asking but i gave him only 600. after that i cancel my booking he again asked why did you cancel his booking? I said because I paid twice he force me to pay his penalty which he received by the Oyo portal. Many more things I faced. Please take needful action. I want my money back as soon as possible without no deduction. I did not want to cancel the booking but I was stuck in a Dilemma.

Hello I am one of the guest of who booked a room but then I tried to cancel because I didn't checked in and checked out for that particular day and rebooked another day for which I needed and then I am keep on taking follow ups for my refund of cancelled value and they are simply telling me over the call we have already initiated the refund money but unfortunately I haven't received yet. OYO people are simply cheating the and delivering the commitment whatever they're promising. They even deleted the details even too which is they even tamper with the booking details part and there's hardly any privacy or security in their app. I'll request the whosoever is reading this article not to book from OYO platform. And the booking id are mention here i.e. XTNL8386.
