My booking id lhtc0495, i have booked this hotel a month ago for my stay at jabalpur mp at inr 2797. My check in was from sat, 20 july to 23rd july, when i have reached the hotel at 11pm night hotel staff said for that it is impossible for them to provide me my booking at inr 2797, they repeatedly asked me to look for some other oyo at jabalpur.
With my husband, child (5yrs) and mother, they asked me to look for other room at 11 pm??? Pathetic ridicules.
Your customer care is worst than someone can even think so. They also asked me to pay extra amount why??? Is there any policy???
Your customer care and hotel staff continuously asked me to pay 3600.
Finally they asked me to pay inr 3365.
Is there any consumer court in delhi area where i can lodge the complain?
I have faced hell lot of harassment and oyo side as well as hotel.
Failed guest experience manager, useless creature.
