I booked this hotel SPOT ON 64662 Hill View Guest House. I booked the hotel throught the oyo app and payed a advance money through the app. I also called Oyo CUSTOMER SUPPORT before going to the place so confirm they don't ask me for extra money and Oyo ensured me they won't. The showed me rs 460 on one single non ac room. But when i reached the hotel those goons in the reception asked me for more 600 rupees on top of the money i booked the hotel from the app. So i had to pay balance amount 345 + 600 + 115 advance that i already paid in the app. It was raining outside and i can't even go someplace else at that time. I[censored] can't provide a room at that price why scamming CUSTOMERs showing fake prices.Tried calling oyo for HELP but they didn't did anything and didn't even understood my problem. What kind of stupid app is this if they don't even know how much their hotel is ### with CUSTOMERs.
