Oyo Rooms — failed transaction | |||
I was booking an oyo on 19th october the transaction failed but amount of 1329 was debited from my account, and the scene is the failed booking is not shown in my oyo account hence i have no proof of the transaction except the debited amount message from bank and every time i am calling the customer support of oyo the executive is saying no transaction is there for 19th of october so if there is no such transaction why the amount of 1300 was debited from my icici bank account.
