[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — for hotel misbehaving | |
Yesterday I booked a hotel oyo 39725 (Hotel regent continental) by the make my trip site. On their Booking portal they were showing that hotel accept the local ID proof, but at the time of check in they denied to give check in, as we are already late we reached around 10:15 at the hotel and the guy who was on reception was behave rudely, j asked him to connect with me his senior but he denied many times, and said ho and make a complaint where you want, only I am the hire authority of this hotel right now, later on he will connect to someone I don't know who's was on the call, I request him to give the check in as we was already late and one girl was with me, then he said ok will allow to check in but you need to book a another room by paying 2000 rs we showing your separate check in. I asked to reduce the rates but he denied by saying I got more that this by the customer's, then I asked to book online he said ok if rooms are available online u can, the. I made a one more Booking and made the payments on the same time, they give me the check in in one room at that time and I asked to send the another room key once the room is ready, will go to the room and after 15 min someone come and asked to come on reception, I said ok I will come, I started to receive the call from reception guy again and again continuously. And he was miss behaving on call also he was saying aapko ek baar bola na neeche aane ko samjh nahi aa rha, if we are paying that much of money as you are showing they why we received this kind of behavior, I reaised a complaint to make my trip they process my refund but what we was troubled yesterday mid night what about that, if anything was happened to us who was the responsible, if our people are not able to manage the things or property then shut down your business and have chill at your home, by the miss management of you people we are suffering, why...??
