[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Full Refund of full Advanced payment booked oyo rooms for extra charges taken by hotel at the time of checkin

I have booked OYO Collection O 77161 Shalimar Bagh for, 17 sept 2022 and checkout on 18 sept 2022 by full advanced payment of RS. 586 after taking to customer care executive of oyo who assured me that hotel will not deny check in if you pay full amount in advance toh oyo Booking id- MT7N3491. when I reach the hotel on 17 sept for check-in the hotel. they denied check-in reason given was we will not give room in less then 800 rupees they said you have toh pay 214 rupees more & they denied checkin. When i requested them then they forced me to pay flat 200 rupees more then we will provide checkin.
As my schedule was planned so i had to pay 200 extra cash to them.

it is requested to kindly refund the extra amount taken by the hotel as they denied check-in even after i got msg from oyo that your booking is confirmed that's not my fault . you have to assure smooth check after taking full amount in advance why hotel are charging extra money from customers .& i also request please take strict action against that hotel.
kindly refund my full money back else I will raise a complaint in the consumer forum.
