Oyo Rooms — gst invoice require and pathetic customer support | |||
I was told that i'll get the gst invoice post to check out, even i called up many times at customer care and had a word with sneha and ishan (Executive) along with shipra and vivek (Escalation team) they also confirmed that gst details has been updated and will send you the gst invoice but i have received the normal one/with my company gst details. Earlier they had committed me that i'll get the same post checkout, and had a call recording as well, now they are denying to send the gst invoice. Was this information helpful? | |||
