[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel are denying check in | |
I have paid full amount for oyo rooms, but hotel is denying check-in due to tariff issue between oyo and hotel. I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for my parents and other relatives who all are in their 50's 60's. They have to face lot of inconvenience because of this. And in the end i have to ask for cancellation from oyo but only half amount is refunded. My booking id rubp2783. The same instance happened again in ayodha, the hotel denied the check in due to some issue between hotel and oyo. This means oyo is aware about this but are still taking the booking and causing inconvenience to customers. I want my full amount refunded and even additional compensation for the inconveniences caused to all old people. They wanted to be in hotel as they have travelled in so much sun but what they got was rude welcome from oyo and hotel. Was this information helpful? | |
Jul 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got the refund from oyo. But no email communication or any compensation for all the trouble. OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Hi, i booked oyo however after checkin into the room i got to know they have not have subscribed tata sky so i tried to contact property manager then 3 times to oyo customer care but they didnt do anything. And disconnected the call after putting me on hold...it’s unacceptable service and experience..no one ever should book a room through oyo.

Hi went to the property as I booked and hotel staff said rooms are already filled. You may cancel and book other OYO. What is this nonsense ?and I want to get my money back.
