[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel booking at kasauli | |||
I have booked oyo rooms online at kasauli from goibibo. Hotel are asking for extra money above the booking amount which has been already paid. Due to which we have suffered for 3 hrs in getting the hotel after paying the additional amount. We were told to cancel the online booking & pay the higher amount at hotel. No resolution provided yet.hotel name is Laxmi Residency & kasauli Continental at kasauli. Request all not to book any hotels from oyo seriously. Please book at your own risk if you wish to.
