[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel booking refund not yet received from oyo | |||
I booked OYO room, booking ID SRIY8463, although Due to room quality I didn't avail hotel service However I have maid full payment for 2 days amounting RS 4, 099/-. After multiple follow up OYO executive agreed for refund and confirm over mail, however from last 3 weeks neither refund amount received and nobody responding from OYO company inspite of multiple follow up. Request you to kindly resolve this issue immediately otherwise I have to use social media platforms as well as File complaint against OYO in consumer forum portal. Regards HITESH KOCHAR MB. NO.
