OYO Rooms — hotel

I booked a hotel room for 20th jan to 22nd jan for hotel highland dalhousie. The payment got debited from my icici account but the confirmation is not received. I have checked with my bank that the payment is already debited successfully but oyoroom people they are not helping me out with the confirmation for that booking. The amount debited on 15 jan at 3 pm
[Jan 16, 2019] OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
