[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel check in denied by property

I am ravikiran registered mobile number [protected].
I booked oyo 9303 celebrity skyhy rooms.

I had already escalated with regards to shifting of my booking. Mr. Abhishek who discussed with me yesterday promised me that my issue will get resolved in few hours but not received any update.

When i am trying to oyo customer service they are keeping my call on hold for hours and not giving any update.

I am fed up with the service and the way of treating customers of oyo.

If this complaint can help to resolve my issue i am not sure but if this not going to happen then will file a complaint against oyo in consumer court.
