[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Hotel denied check-in as I am made online payment which is less, need my refund of rs 1797

On 12th June2022 I called the oyo customer support and got the 2 triple bedrooms booked around 04:30 pm in OYO Flagship 28658 the Swarg residence, the support person confirmed the booking after I made the online payment and gave the booking id as ABEJ1681 but when I reached the hotel they denied check- in stating they don't accept online payment booking as they are not getting payment from Oyo people and rooms are booked at low cost so he didn't allowed us to check in even after requesting, I immediately called the oyo call centre but they would ask all details and kept disconnecting the call I did ask to connect me to manager but they would talk and disconnect the call lastly one person from customer support said he is transferring me to service team who will help but I waited for more than 40 minutes on line and then call got disconnected finally because I had no option I had to pay the hotel people 4000 rupees again and got our rooms because we were standing on road with elderly people and Oyo customer support was not helping. Then I tried for refund online it was sending OTP and when I enter it was giving error so I started sending emails but no reply next day again I called them but in vain

I am fedup if I call customer support they are telling call service team and if I call that number it says we are facing high volume check from app...etc and call gets disconnected. I have been sending mails from 12th itself and many follow ups but neither I got a reply nor my refund.

Please refund my money immediately

On 5th April 2023 I called the oyo customer support and got the bedrooms booked in Super OYO 24453 Day Springs the support person confirmed the booking after I made the online payment and gave the booking id as QLO38941 but when I reached the hotel they denied check- in stating they don't accept online payment booking as they are not getting payment from Oyo people and rooms are booked at low cost so he didn't allowed us to check in even after requesting, I immediately called the oyo call centre but they would ask all details and kept disconnecting the call I did ask to connect me to manager but they would talk and disconnect the call lastly one person from customer support said he is transferring me to service team who will help but I waited for more than 20 minutes on line and then call got disconnected.
Terrible experience from the Hotel Management.
I am requesting for my refund.
