[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel denied to check in | |||
Today i have booked an hotel in hamirpur, my booking id was jniw2670 which is confirmed also. But when i visited hotel they denied for check in and saying that we were discontinue with oyo. And i was stucked in the middle of road at 8 o'clock there was no nearest hotel and there was heavy raining outside also i dont have any vehicle. Then i approach your customer care but they were not able to help me. Instead they cancelled my booking on their own without my consent. That was the bad experience ever with such a big brand. I am an regular user of oyo. I am totally harassed and need police help in this regard, you people have time upto 9.00 a. M. 18 aug 2019 to solve this. Was this information helpful? | |||
