[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel management misbehavior | |||
I have booked royal residency mohali on 20.7.2019 through credit card during my visit at max hospital. On reaching hotel i requested them to give me room at ground or ist floor due to knee problem of my wife but they misbehaved which lead to cancellation on the spot. Kindly help me or refund my booking amount. I feel that i have made mistakes by booking the hotel through oyo. Was this information helpful? | |||
