I am vipin dixit student of iit (Ism) dhanbad unique id no.[protected] booked a double room in hotel oyo elite 284 de sovrani kolkata on 13th may 2017, but after 30 min i cacellend that booking. Verified Support Jun 17, 2017 OYO Rooms Customer Care's response Hi Vipin, As per our cancellation policy, if the cancellation time is less than 24 hours before check-in time ( as in your case), one day's booking amount is charged.
