[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — I am complaining about refund of cancellation

I am vipin dixit student of iit (Ism) dhanbad unique id no.[protected] booked a double room in hotel oyo elite 284 de sovrani kolkata on 13th may 2017, but after 30 min i cacellend that booking. I am waiting for refund for more than one months but oyo room in not responding.

As per our cancellation policy, if the cancellation time is less than 24 hours before check-in time ( as in your case), one day's booking amount is charged.
