[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — I didn't get the refund. Its been a 25 days !! | |||||
I had booked a room in the studio stay-oyo rooms for about 4 months & deposited a security of Rs 17000. Booking Id : SZBN0175. I Have paid the rent on monthly basis via freecharge/ netbanking & got the confirmation mails too but now at the time of refund, they told me they are unable to trace my rent transactions. I have lodged a complaint on the customer care but no reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
