[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — I want invoice for my stay but no response from your team

I had a booking with reference id NJBX0413 and yesterday i have checked in and today checked out but as per your record it is showing as cancelled however we have stayed in room no 201&202. While asking for invoice at property they denied and advised me to contact OYO and upon contacting your team is replied us to contact property. And why I contact the property?? It is your duty to provide invoice and why it is showing as cancelled?? Even your call centre person had cut my call without providing me resolution. Such a wirst service.
Please provide me a invoice as the same is required for the claim of LTC.
